The SEO Lead will drive the growth and revenue expansion of an affiliate portfolio by developing long-term SEO strategies and launching new sites. They will also manage and coach a team of SEO Content Managers to ensure high performance across multiple verticals.
Candidates must have substantial experience in on-page and off-page SEO with a proven track record of managing teams and driving organic growth. Native German and fluent English skills are required, along with an analytical mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup environment.

You'll drive SEO strategy across multiple affiliate sites spanning a wide variety of verticals, lead continuous go-lives into new markets, and manage a small team of SEO Content Managers. You'll have the autonomy to set direction, prioritize what moves the needle, and act fast when things change - because in SEO, they always do.
