Act as the primary technical liaison and long-term partner for customers using the LIMS platform to drive adoption and account health. Responsibilities include triaging support tickets, scoping change orders, and translating customer requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Requires a 4-year degree in a science or technical major with strong communication skills and technical aptitude. Experience with LIMS or laboratory environments is highly preferred, along with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

As a Technical Account Manager at Wavefront Software, you’ll become the long-term partner for customers after implementation, helping them succeed, adapt, and grow with a highly configurable Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) platform used across scientific industries such as Materials Testing, Biotech, Environmental, and Food & Beverage laboratories. This is a new remote role on a small, experienced team where you’ll have real autonomy, direct customer ownership, and visibility across the business.

Wavefront Software, Inc. was founded in 2002 to bring a new approach to LIMS solutions. While assessing the LIMS market, we concluded that it is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. With their rigid process flows and terminology, traditional LIMS offerings are not a good fit for labs that exist in highly-specialized vertical markets. Nor are they a good fit for smaller facilities that cannot afford and do not need excess functionality. Rather than developing highly prescriptive solutions for single vertical markets or creating a jack-of-all-trades solution to suit many verticals, we worked to design a solution that would allow Wavefront LIMS users to easily configure their own systems. Post implementation, users can modify and adapt Wavefront LIMS as their needs evolve over time. Also, as requirements develop for new functionality beyond what is available in Wavefront LIMS, customers can leverage our development team for custom programming enhancements.
