Au sein du laboratoire d’applications et rattaché(e) à la responsable de l’équipe, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la valorisation de nos solutions analytiques auprès de nos clients.Votre mission consiste à accompagner les utilisateurs dans la découverte et l’exploitation de nos technologies de pointe en chromatographie liquide couplée à la spectrométrie de masse (LC-MS), notamment sur des systèmes UPLC associés à des spectromètres de masse triple quadripôle et temps de vol (TOF).
Responsibilities
Dans ce cadre, vous serez amené(e) à :- Réaliser des démonstrations scientifiques et techniques de nos systèmes auprès de clients et prospects - Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des études applicatives incluant l’analyse et le développement de méthodes LC-MS adaptées aux problématiques clients - Optimiser et transférer des méthodes analytiques sur plateformes triple quadripôle et TOF pour différentes applications analytiques - Participer aux présentations scientifiques et techniques lors des évaluations d’instruments et accompagner les clients dans leur démarche d’acquisition - Assurer la formation des utilisateurs sur l’utilisation des instruments et des solutions logicielles associées L’activité se répartit entre le laboratoire d’applications situé au siège et des interventions chez les clients, afin de préparer des essais, déployer des applications analytiques ou former les équipes sur nos solutions.Ce poste, intégré à l’équipe commerciale instruments de la région Europe du Sud, nécessite une forte interaction avec les équipes de vente et une bonne compréhension des enjeux scientifiques et applicatifs afin de contribuer activement au succès des projets clients.Des déplacements réguliers en France sont à prévoir.
Qualifications
Le candidat retenu possède idéalement les compétences suivantes :
Formation : Ingénieur/Doctorat en chimie analytique ou biochimie
Expérience :
Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en laboratoire, avec une expérience pratique en chromatographie liquide et spectrométrie de masse.
Excellente maîtrise des technologies de séparation (chromatographie liquide), de la spectrométrie de masse en tandem et TOF, et de leur couplage.
Expérience en développement de méthodes.
Expérience en gestion de projets et en relations clients.
Expérience dans le secteur d'activité concerné (agroalimentaire et environnement, pharmaceutique et biopharmaceutique, matériaux chimiques…)
Connaissances :
Logiciels Empower, Masslynx ou Waters_connect.
Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais - Autre langue européenne : un plus (préférence pour espagnol ou italien)
Maitrise du pack office, connaissance de CRM (idéalement Sales Force)
Connaissances solides en chimie analytique et bonnes pratiques de laboratoires.
Compétences:
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à gérer plusieurs initiatives simultanément et à respecter les délais.
Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, capacité à résoudre les problèmes techniques et à fournir des conseils sur l'utilisation et l'optimisation des produits.
