Responsible for general labor duties including the maintenance and cleanliness of the Waste Pro facility buildings and grounds. Tasks include mowing, trimming, painting, and removing environmental hazards to ensure a safe property.
Requirements
Candidates should have the ability to perform manual labor and use various hand and power tools. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the physical ability to lift and push 50 pounds.

This position is responsible for general labor duties including maintaining the building and grounds for the Waste Pro facility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsibility for general building maintenance
Responsibility for maintaining cleanliness of facility including restrooms, storage areas, garages and grounds.
Walks property to check for repairs
Removes environmental hazards
Parking lot maintenance -cleans and maintains a safe parking lot and outlying property.
Maintains the ground foliage including grass, plants and trees. Mows grass, trims trees, weeds flower beds, edges borders, and cleans gutters as needed.
Paints specified areas as determined
Qualifications
OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employees in this job classification must attend and participate in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned.
Employees in this job classification are responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by Waste Pro
Any additional job duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to perform labor work
High School education/GED or equivalent preferred
Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
Ability to follow directions and work as a team or independently
