The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. They must ensure high guest satisfaction, manage intoxicated guests, and perform inventory and side work duties.
Candidates must have previous bartending or mixology experience and possess a high school diploma. A food sanitation certificate is required within 90 days of employment, and TIPS certification is considered a plus.
