Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business QA Analyst to support quality assurance across our full product portfolio: Port Management Systems (PMIS), Pilotage Dispatch, Vessel Traffic Services (VTS), and
WebVTMIS platforms. This role ensures our business applications meet high standards of quality, functionality, and usability across operational workflows.
Working within the Digital Port Solutions team, the ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in QA practices for business software applications and processes, and ideally, a background in maritime
operations or port environments. This role will validate real-world business scenarios, contribute to successful customer deliveries, and serve as a key bridge between delivery, product, and support teams.
While primarily based in the office for collaboration and systems access, we offer flexibility for occasional remote work.
