Develop and execute business development initiatives to grow the firm's client base and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline. Collaborate with internal leadership and marketing teams to align growth strategies and represent the firm at industry events.
Requires over 5 years of business development experience, specifically within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industries. Must possess strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

This position blends strategic business development with relationship management. You'll build client relationships, identify new opportunities, maintain an active pipeline, and collaborate with Ownership, Project Managers, and Marketing to support the firm's growth. It's a strong fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, developing long-term partnerships, and helping shape the future of a growing A/E firm.
