Position is responsible for supporting customers over the phone and via email. Team member will ensure customer requirements and expectations are met and exceeded through service excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Customer Support applicant is required to posses the following abilities and skills

• Entry level position

• Focus on customer service

• Engage, understand and commit to follow company’s policies, values and indicators

• High focus on data quality and accuracy

• Effective interaction with customer support co-workers locally and across regions

• Propose and promote smarter ways of working to meet our customer needs in a more efficient way

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Successful applicants for this role will possess the following qualifications

• 6 months of customer support experience.
• 6 months of experience in the maritime and logistics industry preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency on other languages will be a plus (German or French).
• College degree not required but will be a plus.
• High level in computer knowledge is needed to work in multiple applications.
• Ability to work under pressure, to reach personal and team assigned goals
• Schedule flexibility required.
• Clear and articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
