The Utility Officer is responsible for patrolling industrial and commercial properties to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry. They must also respond to emergencies, monitor safety equipment, and maintain accurate incident reports.
Candidates must possess a valid Florida Class D Unarmed License and a Class G Armed License, along with a high school diploma or GED. A clean driving record and at least two years of CCTV experience are required for this on-call position.

Summary:
Guards industrial or commercial property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by performing the following duties.
Duties may include the following; other duties may be assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch General Manager:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
