We are seeking a Team Leader, 3D Imaging to support the daily operations of our 3D Imaging team within the Radiology department. In this leadership role, you'll help coordinate workflow, support team performance and development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality 3D imaging services that contribute to exceptional patient care. Working closely with department leadership, you'll serve as a key resource for staff while helping drive operational excellence, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do • Lead and support the daily workflow of the 3D Imaging section, providing coaching, technical guidance, and onboarding support for team members. • Create high-quality 3D image renderings from diagnostic imaging modalities to support physician diagnosis and treatment planning. • Partner with department leadership to coordinate daily operations, address workflow needs, and serve as a liaison between staff and management. • Train and develop new and existing team members on department procedures, best practices, and performance standards. • Maintain accurate patient and employee documentation while supporting quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives throughout the department.
Who you are • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. • Minimum of 3 years of clinical radiology experience. • Registered Technologist in Radiography (ARRT-R) and Registered Technologist in Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT), or Registered Technologist in Radiography (ARRT-R) and Registered Technologist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT-MR), or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT). • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills, with the ability to coach and support staff in a collaborative environment. • Committed to patient safety, quality outcomes, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
