The 340B Account Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, managing relationships and ensuring compliant 340B program performance. They are responsible for leading solution development, conducting financial performance reports, and assisting entities with audits and operational improvements.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of account management experience in a 340B or healthcare setting and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comprehensive knowledge of 340B guidelines and split-billing are required.
