The Senior Production Designer executes the creative vision from concept approval to final delivery across various print and digital mediums. They are responsible for ensuring all files are technically correct, adhere to brand standards, and are delivered on schedule.
Candidates need at least 5 years of experience in a creative production role with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation software. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are essential.
The Senior Production Designer will be a member of VSA’s Production Team. Production is a fully integrated team that works collaboratively with all VSA disciplines and across all clients, mediums and geographies.
The Senior Production Designer is typically involved from client approval of a creative concept through final delivery. They will collaborate with the Producer and/or Project Manager and Creative Leads on projects to execute the creative vision. These projects can range from internal VSA or client communications to various forms of print advertising, promotional pieces, static social media assets and presentations. They are responsible for ensuring files adhere to specifications and are technically correct for the intended reproduction conditions.
The Senior Production Designer is expected to adhere to scheduled deadlines for reviews and to deliver pristine final files on deadline and maintain all VSA best practices.
