Deliver one-on-one vision therapy sessions and track patient progress under the guidance of clinical leadership. Collaborate with doctors to support patients with visual processing, learning, and neurological challenges.
Requires an Associate's Degree from an accredited OTA program and a current OTA/COTA license or eligibility. Preferred experience includes working with children and general healthcare or rehabilitation patient care.

Virginia Vision Therapy Center (VVTC) is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and growth-oriented Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our clinical team in Leesburg, Virginia. What You'll Do
Innovative Therapy Tools & Technology
At Virginia Vision Therapy Center, therapists utilize a variety of specialized vision therapy equipment, including the Optometric Multi-Sensory Training Table (OMST).
The OMST is an interactive therapy system that combines visual, auditory, motor, balance, and cognitive activities to strengthen brain-body-eye connections. This unique platform challenges patients to integrate multiple sensory systems simultaneously while improving:
For Occupational Therapy Assistants, OMST offers a familiar rehabilitation approach that combines elements of sensory integration, neurodevelopmental treatment, visual-motor training, and functional skill development. Therapy sessions often involve movement-based activities that actively engage the visual and vestibular systems while promoting improved performance in school, work, sports, and everyday life.

Who Can We Help? We help people of all ages who suffer from: •Poor academic and/or athletic abilities. •Autism & other developmental difficulties. •Eye turns, lazy eye or amblyopia. •Vision problems from trauma, neurological dysfunction or chronic disease •Low Vision: Blurry Edges and Visual Holes About Our Testing: Drs. Davis & Johnson examine key developmental vision areas that may interfere with learning and body coordination such as eye teaming and tracking, visual guidance of body movement, eye-hand abilities, visualization, and visual memory. Optometric Vision Therapy: Office and home procedures prescribed by Drs. Davis & Johnson to develop vision processing and promote healthy vision. 12 months of treatment is common, but the length of time depends on the vision problems. Lens Therapy: Specialized glasses prescribed to eliminate discomfort during reading, desk work and computer use. May contain bifocals, prisms, or special tints. Infant-See Program: Even if no eye or vision problems are apparent, the American Optometric Association recommends scheduling your baby's first eye assessment at 6 months. First time exam for any child of 1 year or younger is FREE. Speakers Program: Presentations on vision development for professional in-services and parent groups.
