The Junior Product Developer will support the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market analysis, 3D design, and technical documentation. They will act as a key communication link between the Design, Marketing, and R&D teams to ensure product alignment.

Support market analysis of competitors and industry trends
Aid in product development, from ideation through to launch, working closely with our R&D team
Contribute to 2D/3D design of products and prepare and maintain tech packs and specifications
Support optimal material selection for design and function, and assist with performance testing
Help produce and maintain product presentations, catalogues, and other product management materials
Act as a communication link between Design, Marketing, and Product teams to keep product information aligned and up to date
Support product launches and cross-functional projects
Background in Industrial Design, Product Design, Sports Engineering/Technology, or a related field
Some initial experience in product development is a plus
Good knowledge of a common 3D software (Fusion 360 preferred) and Illustrator/Photoshop
Strong communication skills and comfortable coordinating across teams (Design, Marketing, Product)
Very good written and spoken English, German is a plus
Thorough, goal-oriented, and independent way of working with a hands-on mentality
Knowledge of or experience in the golf industry is a plus
