The Service Sales Representative is responsible for selling aftermarket maintenance service contracts, electrical testing, and product life extension offerings to Vertiv accounts. They must actively manage sales pipelines, engage in face-to-face customer meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales quotas.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of proven sales experience and strong account management skills. A bachelor's degree in a business or technical field is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
POSITION SUMMARY
This role is responsible for the sale of aftermarket maintenance service contracts, electrical testing, professional assessments, and product life extension offerings for Vertiv accounts within an assigned territory. The maintenance services contract sales include renewals (existing contracts), sales of new contracts (warranty), sales of service contracts with new equipment, and conversion of non-contract customers/existing third-party service agreements to Vertiv Services. Driving sales of all Vertiv Service offerings are also key responsibilities of the position.
