Develop and implement site-based electrical safety programs and strategies for external customers across various business units. Act as a senior advisor to client leadership to minimize accidents and align EHS governance with business growth and regulatory requirements.
Requires 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical work or construction, with a desired bachelor's degree in Electrical or Safety Science. Must possess strong knowledge of NFPA standards and be able to obtain STS-C or CHST certification within 90 days of hire.
This role is external facing, involving the development of site-based Electrical Safety Plans for customers. Responsible for developing site based electrical safety programs, in addition to support, consultation, and implementation for external customers. Provide support and direction for aspects of safety and environmental affairs. Responsible for consultation on corporate safety initiatives to minimize the number and reduce the severity of accidents and injuries while maintaining the efficiency of the jobsite and the well-being of employees. Drive global, regional, and multi-site safety program strategies across manufacturing, facilities, corporate offices, and client environments. Build prevention-focused safety cultures, sustain ISO certifications, reduce enterprise risk, and align EHS governance with business growth, sustainability, and customer expectations.
