The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-quality design output across various formats to support marketing initiatives and internal communications. They will work closely with the Marketing Manager to prioritize workloads and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of professional design experience and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. A professional portfolio showcasing a range of design capabilities is required, along with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
Position Summary
As a Graphic Designer you play a pivotal role in bringing the Ventana brand to life through compelling visual storytelling and thoughtful design. You are the primary creative resource within the marketing team and are responsible for developing a wide range of high-quality visual communications that support marketing initiatives, business development pursuits, internal communications, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you enjoy balancing a high volume of diverse projects across digital, print, and video formats while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and craftsmanship.
This position is best suited to a design professional who draws satisfaction from doing a large number of varied, technically sound projects with precision and reliability. The successful candidate will be someone who takes ownership of their output, adapts readily to shifting priorities, has a high capacity for throughput, and understands that consistent execution is the hallmark of a dependable team member.
