Manage customer orders, queries, and account fulfillment from order to delivery. Coordinate with supply planning, logistics, and warehouse teams to optimize service levels and monitor sales trends.
A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a professional certification is desired, preferably with FMCG experience. Candidates must possess strong IT skills in Excel and PowerPoint and be fluent in English.

What We Are Looking For...
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Planner to join Valeo Foods Ireland’s Supply Chain team in a key role focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
This position offers hands-on experience across customer service, order processing and supply chain coordination, supporting key customer accounts from order through to delivery.
You will manage customer queries, lead service meetings, and oversee fulfilment and stock allocation to help drive strong service performance. This is a great opportunity to grow your career within one of Ireland’s leading FMCG businesses.
You will report to the Customer Service Planning Team Lead.
Following successful completion of training, and once agreed with your manager, this role may be eligible for hybrid working in line with business needs.
