The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to leaders to align people strategies with business goals and drive organizational performance. Key duties include managing employee relations, leading change initiatives, and overseeing talent development and succession planning.
Candidates need at least 5 years of experience in a strategic HR role with a degree in HR, Business, or Psychology. Strong skills in coaching, employment law, and organizational transformation are required, with a CIPD qualification being desirable.

The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused HR Business Partner who brings strategy to life through effective execution. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders—bringing insight, energy, and pragmatism to every conversation. You’ll partner closely with the business to shape people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth, while championing a high-performing, inclusive culture. If you enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same and your impact is visible, this role is for you. This is a high-impact role reporting to the Chief People Officer, where the successful candidate will play a critical part in driving the organisation’s growth agenda and enabling business success through people.
