The Training Development Specialist serves as the curriculum architect for the Specialized Training Support program, designing and maintaining courses and lesson plans for U.S. Army Special Operations Command. They are responsible for ensuring all training products are operationally relevant, technically accurate, and compliant with Army TRAS standards.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with a bachelor's degree, an active Secret clearance, and at least 2 years of experience in military training or curriculum development. Proficiency in Army systems of record like TRAS and experience with operational integration are required.

Valens is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Development Specialist to join our team at the Fort Bragg Military Base located in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The Training Development Specialist (TDS) serves as the curriculum architect and steward of training quality for the Specialized Training Support program supporting U.S. Army Special Operations Command. In this role, the TDS shapes and sustains program-related courses, lesson plans, and training products to ensure they remain operationally relevant, technically accurate, compliant with U.S. Army Training Requirements Analysis System (TRAS) standards, and aligned with Government training objectives across two geographically separated training detachment locations.
