The Product Manager will own digital experiences, machine platforms, and internal tooling to drive discovery and delivery. Key duties include maintaining the product roadmap, writing requirements, and partnering with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to improve the user experience.
Candidates need 4+ years of product management experience in consumer or B2B software, preferably within a fast-moving startup. Strong analytical skills and experience with hardware-software or IoT products are highly valued.

As a Product Manager at Vale, you will own product areas that span our consumer-facing digital experience, machine platform, or internal tooling, driving discovery, delivery, and measurable impact.
