The Lead Retail Operations supervisor manages member services and slopeside pickup while leading and mentoring a sales team. They are responsible for gear preparation, inventory control, and ensuring high-quality guest experiences.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting 50lbs while standing for 8 hours in winter conditions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays are required.

Job Summary:
The My Epic Gear Supervisor is responsible for maintaining outstanding member service per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. The My Epic Gear Supervisor acts as a location specific leadership ensuring quality control that delivers an experience of a lifetime for our Employees and Members. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest service, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn multiple software programs, and the ability to work with a team or autonomously.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to our members at our Member Services and Slopeside locations.
Lead associates in member services and slopeside pickup.
Act as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communication
Oversee and assist with gear preparations and delivery for upcoming My Epic Gear reservations
Maintain a professional standard of guest and member service
May be responsible for opening and closing locations.
Manage retail and rental inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
Other duties as assigned
