Lead daily machine shop operations and provide technical guidance to machinists in a high-precision aerospace environment. Perform complex machine setups, prove-outs, and develop custom tooling and workholding solutions.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of machining experience, preferably in aerospace manufacturing with familiarity with AS9100 standards. Must be proficient in CNC controls, GD&T, and CAD/CAM software like Mastercam and SolidWorks.

This position is a hands-on technical leader responsible for supporting and coordinating daily operations within a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. The role combines advanced machining expertise with leadership responsibilities, with most of the time spent on the production floor operating equipment, performing machine setups, troubleshooting complex machining issues, and providing technical guidance to machinists.
