The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for managing daily clinic operations, including scheduling patient visits and verifying insurance coverage. They also handle patient intake processes, collect payments, and maintain an organized front office environment.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively with both patients and clinic leadership.

The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) supports clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes. This individual will work in collaboration with the Clinic Director (CD) to carry out efficient clinic procedures. The PCC-I position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
