The Patient Care Coordinator manages daily clinic operations, including patient intake, scheduling, and insurance verification. They are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and handling financial transactions such as collecting patient payments.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication and organizational skills. The ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced office environment is required.

The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) supports clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes. This individual will work in collaboration with the Clinic Director (CD) to carry out efficient clinic procedures. The PCC-I position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
