Upfluence develops and sells influencer marketing software worldwide. Our software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and creators at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns.

Who we are looking for

An AI-native Growth Manager to manage and scale our inbound growth engine across paid acquisition, organic (SEO/GEO), CRO, content, and emerging channels.

This is a hands-on management role at the intersection of inbound marketing, data, AI, and engineering. You’ll manage inbound performance end-to-end, from acquisition through qualified demos and pipeline, working closely with dedicated Growth Engineering resources to build the systems, agents, automations, and experiments that accelerate growth.

You should be as comfortable diagnosing a drop in organic or paid performance as improving website conversion, managing agencies, identifying a new acquisition opportunity, or working with engineers to automate and scale growth.

 

What You'll Own

• Inbound Growth: manage and drive inbound strategy and performance across paid, organic, content, email automation, social media, CRO, PR and emerging channels. Drive qualified demos, pipeline, and ROI across the funnel.
• SEO & AI Discovery: Lead SEO, GEO/AEO, high-intent content, programmatic SEO, and visibility across traditional and AI search, through content and PR.
• Paid Acquisition: Oversee paid strategy and agencies performance across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels, with a strong focus on ROI and pipeline.
• Website & CRO: Treat the website as a growth product, continuously testing messaging, landing pages, conversion paths, and demo experiences.
• AI & Growth Engineering: Manage growth engineering projects for inbound, alongside Engineering resources. Utilize AI, agents, APIs, automation, and internal tools to solve growth problems and increase execution speed.
• Analytics & Experimentation: Leverage A/B testing, rapid experimentation, and data to uncover growth opportunities, optimize ROI, and inform strategy. Be relentlessly focused on outcomes and team output, rather than activity and input.
• Agency management and team alignment: Manage external agencies and work closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to build integrated growth strategies.

 

This job is for you if:

• You have 2+ years of experience in Growth, Inbound, Demand Gen, or a similar role, in high-growth B2B SaaS, with strong experience across paid acquisition and SEO/GEO.
• You are AI-native, with hands-on experience using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, APIs/MCPs, agents, and automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• You are commercially driven, focused on qualified demos, pipeline, customers, and ROI, not vanity metrics or activity.
• You are technically curious and comfortable working with engineers, APIs, automation platforms, and data. You are a builder who can move quickly between strategy and hands-on execution.
• You are highly analytical and have a strong experimentation mindset.
• You are fluent in English, as our primary operations are in the US.

Le profil que nous recherchons

Un(e) Growth Manager AI-native, capable de piloter et développer notre moteur de croissance inbound à travers l’acquisition payante, l’organique (SEO/GEO), le CRO, le contenu et les nouveaux canaux d’acquisition.

Il s’agit d’un rôle de management très opérationnel, à l’intersection de l’inbound marketing, de la data, de l’IA et de l’ingénierie. Tu seras responsable de la performance inbound de bout en bout, de l’acquisition jusqu’aux démos qualifiées et au pipeline, en collaboration avec des ressources dédiées en Growth Engineering pour développer les systèmes, agents, automatisations et expérimentations permettant d’accélérer la croissance.

Tu dois être aussi à l’aise pour diagnostiquer une baisse de performance organique ou payante que pour améliorer la conversion du site, piloter des agences, identifier un nouveau levier d’acquisition ou travailler avec des ingénieurs pour automatiser et accélérer la croissance.
 

Tes responsabilités

• Inbound Growth : Piloter la stratégie et la performance inbound sur l’ensemble des leviers : paid, organique, contenu, automatisation email, réseaux sociaux, CRO, RP et nouveaux canaux. Développer les démos qualifiées, le pipeline et le ROI sur l’ensemble du funnel.
• SEO & AI Discovery : Piloter le SEO, GEO/AEO, les contenus à forte intention, le SEO programmatique et la visibilité sur les moteurs de recherche traditionnels et IA, notamment via le contenu et les RP.
• Paid Acquisition : Superviser la stratégie et la performance paid sur Google, Meta, YouTube et les nouveaux canaux, avec un fort objectif de ROI et de génération de pipeline.
• Site web & CRO : Considérer le site comme un véritable produit de croissance, en testant continuellement le messaging, les landing pages, les parcours de conversion et les expériences de prise de démo.
• IA & Growth Engineering : Manager et prioriser les projets growth à l’aide des ressources Growth Engineering. Utiliser l’IA, les agents, les API, l’automatisation et autres, pour résoudre des problématiques de croissance et accélérer l’exécution.
• Analytics & Expérimentation : Exploiter l’A/B testing, l’expérimentation rapide et la data pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance, optimiser le ROI et orienter la stratégie. Être constamment focalisé(e) sur les résultats et l’output de l’équipe plutôt que sur l’activité et l’input.
• Alignement d’équipes & agences : Piloter les agences externes et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Sales, Product et les autres départements afin de construire des stratégies de croissance intégrées à l’échelle de l’entreprise.

 

Ce job est fait pour toi si:

• Tu as au moins 2 ans d’expérience en Growth, Inbound, Demand Gen ou dans un rôle similaire au sein d’une entreprise B2B SaaS en forte croissance, avec une solide expérience en acquisition payante et SEO/GEO.
• Tu es AI-native, avec une expérience concrète d’outils tels que Claude, ChatGPT, les API/MCP, les agents et les plateformes d’automatisation comme n8n, Make ou Zapier.
• Tu as une forte orientation business et tu te concentres sur les démos qualifiées, le pipeline, les clients et le ROI plutôt que sur les vanity metrics ou le volume d’activité.
• Tu as une forte appétence technique et tu es à l’aise pour travailler avec des ingénieurs, des API, des plateformes d’automatisation et de la data. Tu as un profil de builder, capable de passer naturellement de la stratégie à l’exécution.
• Tu es très analytique et tu as une forte culture de l’expérimentation.
• Tu parles couramment anglais, nos principales opérations étant basées aux États-Unis.
