Hourly Rate:

AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $31.89 ou/or $50.25 (2024-2025)

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Help with correction of written assignments and exams.  Teaching assistant may be required to hold online and in person office hours to assist professor with addressing student inquiries and concerns outside of class times.

Requirements:

Bachelor, MSc or PhD in Health Sciences or equivalent.

Assignments for this course include an essay, therefore TAs are to be skilled at writing in English to accurately mark essays and long answers on exams.
Experience with online learning programs and software (as a teaching assistant)
Experience with web software (uploading content, programming content)
Working conditions: Please note that the instruction mode for this course is hybrid and you will be required to come to campus occasionally. You will also be required to have access to a computer, Internet, microphone and webcam.

Please note that this contract includes the hours of supervision and correction of the final exam.
