The Foundation Insights Analyst transforms donor and prospect data into actionable insights to support fundraising goals and strategic decision-making. The role involves collaborating on the development of business intelligence reports, dashboards, and tools while providing training and documentation for internal teams.
Candidates must hold a baccalaureate degree or an associate degree with at least three years of relevant experience. Proficiency in data analysis, relational database management, and effective communication skills are required.
The UNM Foundation seeks a Foundation Insights Analyst to play a pivotal role in advancing the fundraising goals of the institution by transforming donor and prospect data into actionable insights. Working closely with fundraising teams and department leadership, this position leverages analytical skills and experience with fundraising databases and business intelligence tools to deliver meaningful insights that support development initiatives and strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will collaborate in the buildout, refinement and adoption of business-intelligence driven reports, dashboards, and tools for multiple teams to strengthen the use of measurable insights in decision-making processes. Clarity and consistency in the communication of ideas, processes, and procedures is required, as this role will include testing, training, and documentation responsibilities.
The expected salary for this position is $58,656 - $61,000. This range is an estimate, and the final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications, consideration of any approved geographic salary differential, and alignment with internal equity guidelines to ensure consistency across similar roles.
