The Patient Scheduler acts as the first point of contact, managing patient appointments, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure a seamless clinic experience. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and communicating financial policies to patients.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience. Proficiency with computer hardware and software, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, is required.
