Manage and improve the privacy operating model with a focus on French-speaking countries, ensuring compliant processing of personal data. This includes leading DPIAs, maintaining processing inventories, and advising stakeholders on GDPR and local privacy laws.
Requires 5-7+ years of data protection experience in regulated environments and fluency in both English and French. A relevant degree in law, compliance, or IT is expected, along with hands-on experience with privacy tooling like OneTrust.

About the Role
You will help run and continuously improve Unilabs’ privacy operating model, partnering with business and technology teams to embed privacy-by-design, manage privacy risk, and ensure compliant processing of personal data across our operations. This is central – group wide role in the Centre of Excellence with focus on French speaking countries.
