Provide technical support and hands-on troubleshooting for injection molding and extrusion processes at customer facilities. Facilitate color education, training, and PPAP submittal support to enhance customer relationships and organizational growth.
Requires five years of experience in injection molding and the automotive industry, with specific expertise in color matching and spectrophotometer use. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Plastics is preferred.
Summary: Provide technical support to customers both remotely and at their facilities to include color changes, process changes and troubleshooting, color education and training and PPAP submit support at the OEMs. Follow the Field Service, Technology Department and the UCC Business Plan. Personally, be involved in Continuous Improvement and Safety. Support UCC philosophy focused on facilitating the growth of the organization, continually improving quality, and driving to a world class safety and environmental culture.
