The Production Worker is responsible for preparing final products for shipment by applying hardware, labeling, and packaging items according to customer specifications. They also perform routine cleaning and preparation of fabricated parts for the paint process while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and have a background in a manufacturing environment. The role requires the physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance in a fast-paced setting.
Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday, Mandatory Saturday as directed by business needs
Wage: $18.00/hour + $1.00/hour Shift Differential
The Production Worker is responsible for preparing final products for shipment by including and applying proper hardware onto the product, as well as adhering proper labels to product, based on customer specifications. As well as responsible for routine cleaning/wipe down of all fabricated products at Jamco after being welded and before they hit the paint booth, to help prepare the product for paint/shipping. Additional responsibilities are outlined in detail below:
