Fruto del Acuerdo de Colaboración firmado por el Gobierno de México y el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD), se diseña el proyecto: “Fortalecimiento de las Capacidades para el Impulso Económico y la Implementación de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible”, que tiene como objetivo colaborar con la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores en el fortalecimiento de sus capacidades para posicionar los intereses de México en el escenario internacional mediante el cumplimiento de sus funciones en materia económica.
En seguimiento a estos objetivos, se impulsan acciones orientadas al fortalecimiento de la diplomacia económica de México, incluyendo la atracción de inversión, la promoción comercial, la interlocución con actores estratégicos y la articulación con Representaciones de México en el Exterior, dependencias federales, gobiernos estatales y organismos empresariales. En este marco, se implementa el Plan Integral de Promoción Económica, mediante misiones comerciales de México al exterior y misiones extranjeras hacia México, la participación de México en ferias internacionales, la canalización de oportunidades de proveeduría e inversión, así como la organización de seminarios de inversión y exportación.
En un contexto internacional marcado por la reconfiguración económica global, se llevarán a cabo las acciones previstas para la presente vacante, mismas que contribuirán a robustecer las capacidades de la SRE en materia de fortalecimiento de alianzas institucionales y apoyo a las prioridades estratégicas de México en el ámbito económico internacional.
1.Coordinar la logística y organización de reuniones, eventos, visitas y actividades institucionales de la Dirección General.
2.Dar seguimiento a la preparación de agendas y requerimientos operativos.
3.Elaborar tarjetas informativas, minutas, carpetas y otros insumos de apoyo para reuniones de alto nivel.
4.Consolidar y coordinar información con las distintas direcciones de la Dirección General para asegurar la preparación oportuna de materiales y seguimiento de acuerdos.
5.Mantener comunicación y coordinación constante con áreas internas, dependencias gubernamentales, representaciones y actores externos cuando sea requerido.
6.Apoyar en la organización y sistematización de información estratégica y administrativa de la Dirección General.
La presente vacante estará bajo supervisión directa de la Subsecretaría para América del Norte y la coordinación del proyecto “Fortalecimiento de las Capacidades para el Impulso Económico y la Implementación de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible”, quienes evaluarán el desempeño del contratista al término del contrato.
