As a Cabin Sales Advisor / Designer, you'll work with customers interested in custom cabins, garages, workshops, and lifestyle structures. You'll guide them from their first inquiry through design, proposal, contract, and deposit.

This is not a retail sales position.

This is a consultative sales role where customers are making significant investments in their property and lifestyle.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in customers.

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, property requirements, budget, and timeline.

• Design customized cabin and lifestyle structure solutions that align with each customer's vision.

• Build trust and establish strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.

• Present proposals, pricing, and financing options.

• Follow up consistently and professionally until a buying decision is made.

• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.

• Ask for deposits and signed agreements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Own the customer relationship from first contact through signed contract.

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving results.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence discussing high-value purchases and investments.

• Ability to work Saturdays.

Compensation

Ulrich provides qualified leads, a proven sales process, industry-leading products, and the support needed to succeed.

Successful Cabin Advisors routinely earn $80,000–$120,000+ annually, with top performers earning significantly more.

There is no cap on earnings.
