The Technical Lab Specialist assists in planning and coordinating laboratory operations, including instrument validation and new procedure implementation. They operate lab instrumentation to provide clinical data and make independent judgments on reporting results.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Science or a related field is required. Candidates must hold a Florida licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Supervisor.
