Requires a high school diploma and preferably at least one year of experience in manufacturing or leadership, specifically within poultry or food production. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and proficiency in basic computer systems like SAP.
Position Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily production operations to ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service. This role provides direct supervision of production team members, oversees staffing and workflow, monitors equipment performance, and maintains compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can motivate employees, drive results, and foster a positive team environment while achieving production goals.
