The Plant Supervisor supports the day-to-day operation and maintenance of power generating stations, including the FGD and Coal Yard. This includes supervising multi-skill personnel, managing labor relations, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and 5-7 years of power generation plant experience. Proficiency in Maximo for planning and job plans is required, along with strong leadership and computer skills.

Job Summary
The Plant Supervisor is responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of Vistra Power Generating Stations. The position may require some travel in the support of other Vistra Power Generating Stations. Pay range between $105,000 and $145,000 annually, depending upon skills/experience.
