The BCBA will develop and monitor individual behavior plans to increase independence and reduce negative behaviors for students with autism. They are responsible for analyzing data, providing technical support to staff, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet IEP goals.
Candidates must be certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and have at least 2 years of professional experience in an educational setting. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is required.

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 annually
