Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices through phone and email communication in English and French. Resolve payment discrepancies and support credit administration, including reviewing credit limits and processing payments.
Requires fluency in English and French with at least 2 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is required, while ERP experience is considered an asset.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Credit & Collections Clerk (French/English) to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, supporting credit administration, and maintaining positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with numbers, and providing exceptional customer service in both English and French.
