Of het nu gaat om een week Mallorca, een stedentrip naar Londen of een maatwerkreis door Californië; jij regelt alles tot in de puntjes. Een vakantie moet een feestje zijn, waar de reis ook heen gaat. Aan jou de taak, als Maker of Happy, om de oriëntatie- en boekingsfase van de reis zo plezierig mogelijk te maken Soms is de perfecte reis zo gevonden, soms kost het wat meer moeite. Jij begeleidt de klant, biedt diverse opties en maakt er vooral een positieve ervaring van. Jij zorgt dat de klant Happy naar buiten loopt!
OVER ONS
• Een bruto startsalaris € 2.639,88 op fulltime basis;
• 25 vakantiedagen en 8 ADV dagen op fulltime basis;
• Je start met een contract van 7 maanden, met uitzicht op verlenging en een mooie toekomst bij TUI;

OVER DE FUNCTIE
• Je werkt regionaal in een groep van 5 tot 8 winkels met zo’n 20 tot 35 collega’s. Je staat er dus niet alleen voor!;
• Je zet je eigen kennis en ervaring in, of vraagt hulp bij je collega die toevallig onlangs nog op de bestemming is geweest. Een prettige samenwerking is dus erg belangrijk.
• Je krijgt in basis een vaste standplaats, maar binnen je regio ben je flexibel inzetbaar.
• De duur van je contract staat vast en kan niet aangepast worden.
OVER JOU
• Een afgeronde MBO opleiding, bijvoorbeeld richting Toerisme, Horeca of commerciële economie;
• Veel belangrijker: Je bent klant- én verkoopgericht;
• Je voelt je klanten feilloos aan en past je aanbod daarop aan;
• Communicatief ben je sterk en een gezellige collega;
• Je houdt het hoofd koel, ook als het erg druk of hectisch is;
• Je stelt je flexibel op wat betreft het werken in het weekend en/of koopavonden; Geen zorgen, je rooster weet je enkele maanden van te voren.
