Jako Account Manager będziesz odpowiedzialny za zróżnicowane portfolio klientów B2B i będziesz pomagać im osiągać sukcesy w dynamicznym świecie e-commerce. Twoim zadaniem jest stymulowanie rozwoju Twoich klientów. Proaktywne zarządzanie relacjami z klientami: Samodzielnie zarządzasz portfelem małych i średnich sklepów internetowych (Tech Touch), dopasowując strategię współpracy do ich potrzeb. Rozwijasz współpracę poprzez działania upsellowe i cross-sellowe.
Retencja klientów i rozwój kontraktów: Odpowiadasz za utrzymanie klientów, analizujesz przyczyny rezygnacji i podejmujesz działania retencyjne. Monitorujesz płatności i podejmujesz działania windykacyjne w przypadku zaległości.
Analiza potencjału biznesowego: Poznajesz cele i wyzwania klientów, proponując rozwiązania technologiczne wspierające ich rozwój.
Negocjacje i rozwój współpracy: Prowadzisz negocjacje handlowe oraz odpowiadasz za strategiczny i komercyjny rozwój portfela klientów.
Współpraca międzydziałowa: Współpracujesz z zespołami New Business Sales, Product Management i Customer Success, wspólnie dbając o retencję i rozwój klientów.
Doświadczenie w proaktywnym zarządzaniu klientami B2B (Account Management) oraz samodzielnym prowadzeniu portfela klientów, najlepiej w środowisku SaaS i we współpracy z małymi oraz średnimi firmami.
Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne, silne nastawienie na klienta oraz praktyczne, samodzielne podejście do działania.
Bardzo dobre umiejętności analityczne, zmysł sprzedażowy oraz zdolność przekonywania i budowania relacji.
Zainteresowanie branżą e-commerce i technologiami internetowymi oraz mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy z systemami CRM (np. SalesForce).
Ojczysty poziom języka polskiego oraz bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (minimum B2)
