In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen Vertriebsorganisationen analysieren Sie bestehende Prozesse, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und entwickeln praxisnahe Lösungsansätze
Die Implementierung und Überwachung der erarbeiteten Prozessverbesserungen liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung, wobei Sie die Effizienz der Vertriebsorganisation nachhaltig steigern
Als treibende Kraft der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung nutzen und entwickeln Sie das Vertriebsexzellenz-Framework einschließlich der zugehörigen KPIs als zentrales Steuerungsinstrument weiter
Für die Sales-Toollandschaft, darunter SharePoint, Power BI, CRM-Systeme und JIRA, übernehmen Sie die fachliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung
Durch die Einführung von E-Workflows und weiteren digitalen Lösungen setzen Sie die Digitalstrategie im Vertrieb aktiv um und schaffen mehr Transparenz und Effizienz
