The front desk team member is responsible for welcoming and checking in members with a professional demeanor while answering inquiries about services and amenities. They must also maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a positive member experience.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and previous front desk experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends are required.
