Requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and valid Illinois clinical licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist). Must have behavioral health leadership experience and a valid driver's license.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Director of Counseling and Supportive Services provides strategic and operational leadership for outpatient behavioral health and supportive service programs.
This position oversees multiple clinical and community-based programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered, trauma-informed services that meet regulatory, contractual, accreditation, and organizational standards.
The Director collaborates with internal leadership, community partners, funders, and system stakeholders to promote service excellence, expand access to care, and support organizational growth.
Salary: $80,000 per year
