Lead a team of 4-6 engineers to design and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure, including data pipelines and deployment automation. Oversee production reliability, incident response, and ensure adherence to compliance standards like SOC 2 and PCI.
Requires a combination of hands-on DevOps/platform engineering experience at scale and at least 3 years of direct people management experience. Candidates must be proficient in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and managing production reliability.
Treasury Prime builds the infrastructure that connects banks and fintechs. As Technical Operations Manager, you'll own infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments, the systems that keep that infrastructure running, and the data pipelines that support our internal operations — while managing a team of 4-6 engineers and working closely with software engineering and product teams. This role will be on-site at our San Francisco, California location.
This is a hands-on role. You'll own architectural decisions, review infrastructure code, participate in 24/7 on-call duties, and stay close to production operations. On this team, experienced engineers own their domains. Your job is to set direction, remove blockers, and create the conditions for good decisions.
