Partner with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations across teller, member service, and lending functions. Drive growth by identifying financial solutions for members and coaching team members to improve technical and people skills.
Requires over 3 years of experience in a financial institution and at least 1 year of cash handling experience. Candidates must possess a genuine passion for helping members and team members succeed.
