Are you outgoing, friendly, and energized by helping people? Trax Credit Union is looking for a people-first Teller who loves creating great member experiences, building relationships, and making a positive impact with every interaction. In this role, you’ll be a trusted first point of contact for our members. You’ll handle transactions accurately, uncover member needs, and connect people with solutions that support their financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome members with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
Build relationships through conversation, active listening, and personalized service
Process cash, check, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain cash controls, balance work accurately, and follow operational procedures
Identify member needs and recommend helpful products and services
Support branch referral goals through natural, solution-focused conversations
Make follow-up calls to strengthen member relationships and provide support
Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Work collaboratively with team members to support branch operations
Requirements
Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience, preferably in a financial institution
Strong communication and people skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
This is a full-time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with occasional extended hours or weekends based on business needs.
