Responsible for daily front desk operations including guest check-in, check-out, and managing reservations. Ensures guests receive professional and courteous service while coordinating requests with other resort departments.
Requires the ability to perform administrative tasks, handle financial transactions, and maintain a proactive, positive attitude. Must be capable of managing PBX systems and communicating effectively via two-way radio.
Summary
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for completing daily Front Desk functions. Ensuring that all Owners and Guests receive efficient and courteous service; making them feel welcome during their entire stay through a proactive and positive attitude. The Guest Service Representative also completes special projects and duties as assigned
