Pour renforcer nos équipes de garantie à Crespin, Alstom recherche un Field Engineer SAV F/H pour le projet TGV2020. Votre objectif principal sera d'améliorer la fiabilité du sous-système Train Design (Intégration Mécanique) sur le matériel roulant TGVM. Pour cela, vos missions consisteront plus précisément à :
Soutenir les opérations :
- Être en contact direct et régulier avec les techniciens du dépôt, pour être proactif dans la recherche et l'analyse des pannes
- Être disponible et actif pour le support au dépannage des systèmes en charge
- Remplir la base de données des guides de dépannages (GDS)
- Devenir le référent technique des techniciens de dépôt, et donner des formations sur les sous-systèmes de votre portefeuille.
Soutenir la croissance de la fiabilité :
- Analyser les modes de défaillance spécifiques, suivi et expertise des pièces déposées (sur le train ou sur banc d'essai), fournir des rapports d'investigation caractérisant ces modes de défaillance.
- Participer à l’identification des causes profondes et la définition d'actions correctives en interface avec l'ingénierie / Qualité / Fournisseurs
- Analyser les incidents, réaliser le suivi sur la flotte et le lancement de nouveaux contrôles sur les systèmes en charge
Soutenir d'autres fonctions :
- Soutenir le Responsable de Projet Garantie (PrPIM)
- Soutenir la Performance Fournisseurs via l'imputation des opérations de responsabilité Fournisseurs pour refacturation
- Capitaliser le retour d’expérience technique en exploitation avec des rapports, des évidences pour en faire bénéficier les projets en phase de conception.
Profil recherché :
- Diplôme d'ingénieur
- Connaissance approfondie du matériel ferroviaire et de l'intégration mécanique
- Esprit d'analyse et d'initiative, Force de proposition
- Travail en équipe et en organisation matricielle
- Solides compétences en communication et force de persuasion
- Capacité à organiser, planifier et programmer
- Déplacement à prévoir sur 20% du temps
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
