Principales responsabilités (estimation de 5000 documents à traiter) :
préparation des dossiers à envoyer pour traitement en BCC
contrôle des dossiers provenant du BCC, avant envoi au client
Formation : BAC+2
Compétences :
Connaissance des outils de gestion documentation
Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique, notamment le Pack Office
Connaissance du ferroviaire
Communication et capacité à travailler en réseau
Capacité à coordonner des activités
Autonomie
