Ensure a safe and efficient passenger experience by managing customer interactions and supporting train recovery. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, responding to emergencies, and performing minor custodial duties.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for experience in customer service. Candidates must be physically able to stand for long periods and willing to work variable hours across the AirTrain system.

Could you be the full-time AirTrain Agent at JFK we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and bring your customer service and operational expertise to a dynamic and safety-focused environment. You’ll report to the Field Operations Supervisor and work alongside dedicated, responsive, and safety-conscious teammates.
You’ll be the face of the AirTrain system, ensuring a safe, smooth, and efficient experience for all passengers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with operations, maintenance, and emergency response teams, managing customer interactions, supporting train recovery, and maintaining station readiness.
You’ll specifically take care of customer assistance, train fault troubleshooting, and fare collection support—but also emergency response, crowd control, and minor custodial duties.
Hourly Rate: $27.55
