Localisé sur le site du Creusot (71), nous recherchons un Responsable de l'équipe Metier & Système Engineering H/F qui aura pour principales missions de :
Assure le management et la gouvernance technique d’une équipe d’ingénieurs et techniciens dédiée aux projets de R&D Techno, Mécatroniques et Simulation au niveau Système Train & Bogie et sous-systèmes associés:
• Assure le management de son équipe en partageant la vision et assurant la planification, l’organisation, la direction et le contrôle de celle-ci (suivi de la charge, des budgets et des livrables, des priorités, de la sous-traitance, etc.)
• Anime la genèse, consolidation, valorisation et mise en œuvre des nouvelles solutions et innovations
• Anime les activités R&D Techno et mécatronique de l’équipe, de la définition jusqu’aux validations sur train, en cohérence avec les engagements QCD des projets
• Anime et pérennise le développement d’outils et méthodologies dans l’objectif de gagner en efficacité ou/et en robustesse de conception (jumeaux numériques, cosimulation, super-éléments, calcul de robustesse, loi de contrôle/commande,…)
• Est garant de la qualité de nos livrables documentaires techniques de définition et de justification
• Est garant du déploiement des solutions et innovations de l’équipe pour nos différents offres et projets
• Assure la pérennité de l’expertise et des compétences de son équipe par la gestion des plans de développement et de formation de ses ressources
• Garant du lien avec les CCN Bogie, Dynamique ferroviaire, Frein, Structure,…
• Assure l’animation du réseau d’expert Mécatronique
